Mesotherapy involves injecting various substances into the skin using fine-tipped needles called microfine needles. These substances can be selected based on the skin's needs and the patient's preferences. Generally, various minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants are used. The goal of this treatment is to replace the skin's needs. Repeated sessions are required.

Mesotherapy can be applied to many areas depending on need. The face, neck, décolleté, hands, and scalp are the most common areas treated.

There are many different types of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. These can also be combined in different combinations to create different cocktails. You can decide which cocktail you need during your consultation with your doctor.

First, a detailed examination is performed. A treatment plan is then developed based on your needs and the doctor's preferences. Before each treatment, photographs are taken. Local anesthetic cream is then applied to the treated area and left for 20-30 minutes. The procedure is performed using very fine needles called microfine needles, making the treatment painless. Those with a high sensitivity to pain may experience a slight stinging sensation, which subsides within a few seconds. After the treatment, ice is applied for 5-10 minutes.

After the procedure, the treated area should not be washed for 3-4 hours. Avoid using different products that could cause a reaction on the same area.

The patient can return to normal life the next day.

There may be minimal swelling and bruising at the injection site. This usually subsides within a week.

Although it varies depending on the patient's needs, 4-6 sessions at 10-14 day intervals are generally recommended.

Depending on the patient's needs, it is recommended to repeat the treatment for 4-6 cycles annually. Additionally, booster doses every three months are important to maintain optimal skin quality.
