Biostimulants are substances injected under the skin to trigger collagen production in the skin.
Its content can be modified according to the skin's needs and the patient's preferences. The goal here is to replace what the skin has lost, which requires repeated sessions.

Biostimulants are used for skin tightening, face lifting, improving skin quality and elasticity, reducing neck lines and neck tightening effect.

It is usually applied to the middle and lower face and neck. It can also be applied to the décolleté and hands.

There are many different types. You can decide which biostimulant your skin needs with your doctor. In my clinic, I most frequently use poly-L lactic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite. These vary in the onset and duration of effect.

First, you'll be examined, then a plan will be developed based on your needs, preferences, and your doctor's approval. After this planning, pre-procedure photographs will be taken. The treatment area will be anesthetized. These substances will then be injected under the skin using cannulas or needles.

Depending on the substance used after biostimulant application, some massage or no touching may be recommended. This varies entirely depending on the application.

Swelling, bruising, and mild pain may occur in the injection areas. These usually subside within a few days.

This varies depending on the patient's needs and the type of biostimulant used. On average, 2-3 sessions are required.
